This is an expression of my great appreciation for all the love, care and friendships the entire Hallmark staff gave to my mother, Odette R. I write this in behalf of my sister, Myrna and her family as well.

the Hallmark provided Mom with a life of dignity and independence as well as a safe and happy home environment. It also gave her six wonderful years for a peaceful and productive life throughout her nineties.

My family and I were able to visit at anytime and were always immediately if Mom had fallen, was ill or needed medical assistance. There was consistent attention and concern regarding medication and any treatment she was taking, and the medic was always available for advice. This was continually a great comfort to our family
The beautiful photo albums in the foyer are evidence of the multiple activities available to all residents, and the pictures capture the many fun occasions for celebration. You certainly provide a wide variety of things to do from bridge and bingo to shopping trips, as well as religious services. The monthly publication of special events keeps everyone informed and honors birthday folks in a special way.
As you know, Mom died two months shy of her 100th birthday. The devotion and care she received from the entire staff as well as the love and friendship of residents was a most memorable and comforting farewell. we shall never forget.
You are particularly sensitive to the families who lose loved ones, and I felt grateful that we could have a beautiful “Celebration of Life” for our mother right there at the Hallmark. you are also kind and gracious to those who have no family as you lead a thoughtful and prayerful memorial service.
Thank you for cordially welcoming all who have reason to enter the doors of the Hallmark with warmth and grace. It is greatly appreciated.
